The XING2 2809 is the motor you spec when 5-inch isn't enough. Whether you're planning a 7-inch long range cruiser for mountain ridges or building a big cinewhoop for professional cinematic work, the 2809 stator delivers the low-end torque you need to swing larger props efficiently. 800KV is dialed for 6S — you get smooth spool-up, consistent hover thrust, and the efficiency to stretch flight times past 10 minutes on a 6S 2200mAh Li-Ion pack.

Long range flying is about two things: efficiency and reliability. The XING2 Unibell construction keeps the bell rigid at low RPM (where most flex happens on large props), and the N52H magnets maintain magnetic strength even when the motor's been running for 10+ minutes continuously. The 2809's larger stator area generates the magnetic field needed to swing 7-8 inch props at low RPM with authority — no cogging, no hesitation when you add throttle to clear an obstacle. Japanese EZO bearings handle the higher loads of larger props without developing play over time.

For cinewhoop builders, the 2809 800KV is a game-changer. It has enough low-end grunt to carry a full-size GoPro on a 7-inch cinewhoop frame with stable hover at 30-40% throttle. The wide stator also distributes heat more evenly than smaller motors, so sustained climbing shots don't lead to thermal sag. On a long range build, this motor paired with 7-inch biblade props and a Li-Ion pack can easily hit 12-15 minute flight times with conservative throttle management — enough to reach spots you'd never get to on a 5-inch rig.
