If it's not opened and not soldered, we take it back within 30 days. We're pilots, we know plans change. But if you've already smashed it on a concrete bando, stop here and use our Pilot's Pact (50% CRP) instead."

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@fpvmotorco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return shipping label within 1 business day.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund - no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened propellers and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
